Shipping policy

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take slightly longer during promotions or periods of high order volume.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout according to the selected shipping method and delivery address. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact Casa Maly as soon as possible if a correction is needed.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Casa Maly ships internationally to eligible destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Casa Maly is not responsible for customs charges or for delays caused by customs processing.

If an international package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because required customs charges were not paid, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, and any other fees incurred.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s procedures.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier and Casa Maly as soon as possible. Casa Maly will assist with the carrier’s investigation when possible but cannot guarantee the carrier’s final decision or delivery timeframe.

Damaged packages must be reported to Casa Maly within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number and clear photographs of the item and original packaging.
